Web Standards

I use and endorse web standards, such as XHTML & CSS, building making the sites I build accessible to a wide range of browsers and devices. Following such standards allows me to deliver a quality solution delivering maximum performance but also decreasing development and maintainance time.

Applications

The web has come along since it's infancy of flat, staticly websites into a glorious abunduance of media-rich, powerful web applications. Today websites are build on top of a layers of technology that allow websites to be dynamic, database driven, far reaching and allow even the viewers to contribute towards the content of that website. Built on a solid back end foundation For the front end, using a variety of tools like jQuery, AJAX, ext, I can build interactive web applications that start to provide the user with a look and feel that they would expect from a traditional desktop application.

Content management systems

Using content management systems like Umbraco & Joomla, I can give clients as much (or as little) power that they are comfortable enough to be in control with. Giving this freedom to a client allows them to be in control of the message they want to deliver without being locked into coming back for changes.

Search Engine Optimisation

Reaching the target market is key a company's success so promoting their web site, products, services is at the forfront of many decisions. Using the internet is a great cost effective way to increase your website's traffics from your target market. Web Marketing & SEO is a continious process of analyzing and optimizing your website by implementing proven marketing and promotion startegies and SEO techniques including inbound link campaign from related content and periodical web content updates to promote your website towards the top in a majority of the biggest search engines.
